Jennie is an eCommerce leader with 20 years’ experience leading award-winning eCommerce, digital marketing, and omnichannel innovation.
She is currently the Senior Director eCommerce, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health EMEA, responsible for shaping, deploying and executing the eCommerce strategy across EMEA.
Jennie has been with Johnson and Johnson for six years in the
Vision Care Franchise shaping the eCommerce vision for JJVC and leading key initiatives such as building a best-in-class Digital Shelf, creating a first-ever omnichannel strategy for product launches, and delivering a toolkit of assets, content and best practices for selling online.
Jennie also expanded the B2B eCommerce capability in partnership with the global deliver and IT teams.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Jennie spent 11 years leading eCommerce at The Estée Lauder Companies.
As Executive Director - Global Online she oversaw the e/mCommerce businesses and online strategy for a portfolio of brands and was responsible for the vision, strategy, execution and performance of their branded sites and retailer partner web sites shaping both the online and omni-channel
consumer experience.
Jennie spent the early part of her career at the consulting firm C-Bridge Internet Solutions, where she helped clients create award-winning B2B and B2C internet solutions.
Jennie recently earned an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management and is a Graduate of Tufts University School of Engineering with a degree in Ergonomics / Mechanical Engineering.
- Amy Rumford, VP Global Services, ChannelAdvisor

Amy leads ChannelAdvisor’s global services team, which includes customer implementation, global technical support, account management, and managed services.
Before joining ChannelAdvisor, Amy worked as a consultant for the manufacturing industry.
Prior to that, she served as vice president, supply chain services for Advance Auto Parts, headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina.
With an extensive background of over twenty years in the technology industry, Amy served in senior operations and transformation leadership roles at industry-leading companies including Google, Lenovo, and IBM.
She spearheaded successful global initiatives to drive each organization’s transformation and growth, including new business integration and global accounts operational design and execution.
- Andrea Snagg, Marketing Director EMEA, ChannelAdvisor - Host

Andrea leads ChannelAdvisor’s EMEA marketing organisation.
She is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy in EMEA, including demand generation, brand awareness, digital marketing, public relations, events, content, partner and customer marketing.
Prior to joining ChannelAdvisor, Andrea served in senior marketing roles at Akamai Technologies, Siemens and Bausch & Lomb.
Andrea is a Chartered Marketer and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the
Chartered Institute of Marketing.
